Yummy is the main thing I can say about these bars! They’re so convenient to have right before a run, and they taste fresh. The texture is great and the quality is awesome. They are not too dry and not too hard.

I'm not a fan of protein, cereal or granola bars because they are so sweet, silly putty-like or just plain not good for the money, but purchased these for travel. This particular flavor is great. More cookie-like and doesn't have that sweet syrupy texture or flavor. (Not to be confused with your favorite bakery peanut butter cookie, though!) There are 2 in a packet which is nice. All in all not a bad product if you're looking for something portable. I have purchased these again and there's a good chance I will in the future.

Eating gluten free can sometimes be hard when you need breakfast on the go. These are fantastic for a breakfast you can grab and head out the door!

These are my favorite go to bar. They are gluten, dairy, yeast free which is hard to find. Also tree nut free even harder to find (though says may contain tree nuts because of equipment). They have good amount of fiber and low sugar compared to similar products or when trying to get in quick fiber. I have spinal cord injury causing loss of control of bowel and bladder and require a lot of fiber but not sugar. This has been a medical help to me as well as being delicious, never hard to chew and I have sensitive teeth and TMJ, fresh and yummy and I definitely recommend unless they are discontinued in which case, nevermind cause I want them all to myself!

I don't know how much sugar is really in these, but it tastes like a rice krispies treat.Not good as a meal replacement, should not be listed as a breakfast bar.
