Good product I’ve been taking these for a while at least a couple of years and it takes the edge off so I can suck my brain from thinking and I fall asleep

I have suffered from severe insomnia since my early 20s and have tried everything under the sun just to get a moments reprieve. I stumbled across this brand by accident when I was looking for a different one that had been recommended. Since I had purchased it, I thought what did I have to lose by trying it out. The size is phenomenal with 275 pills per each bottle at a similar price point giving you more bang for your buck. As a sleep aid it is fairly effective and I get more rest with it than without. Would I like to sleep a full night? Absolutely! But I’ll take what I can get, and this sleep aid gives me the best chance at getting some rest.

This is a good sleep aid. I like to try different brands to switch it up and so my body doesn't get used to one brand and the effects lessen and don't work as well. These worked well and didn't cause any grogginess in the morning when waking up after using these. These are the gel capsules and not the pill form, which I prefer and think are better in performance. These did exactly what they were intended for. Now usually the gel capsules don't have any taste to them, but these did have a little bit of a weird taste when I put them in my mouth, but that immediately went away once I took a swig of water to swallow the pills. The taste was like what the gel in them tastes like- I once had a capsule pop/leak out in my mouth before swallowing (don't worry, not these ones) so they have a very specific taste- so possibly some gel might have been some of the residue on the outside of the capsules. Ive ordered this brand before and that taste wasn't there so I'm thinking it's just a one off. Other than that one little quirk, these are great.

These are all stuck together , tried to get them out of the bottle. They rip apart and you get this gunk all over your hands. These are a mess and need to be returned. I want a bottle that I can use not one that should be thrown away. They are like they are melted together!
