I tried these out when I got them and was surprised how big they fit. I normally wear a 36 or similar pant and these were almost falling off of me. They have a Velcro adjustment option on both sides on the front but it is awkwardly placed where the strap pulls farther than the matching Velcro goes and on one side it seems like a personal belt should go into the opening but should go around it.The belt loop seems to also be missing one where it should be in the middle back.The pants require hand wash and drip drying which is sort of a negative when you want to easily be able to wash things, though after washing them in my machine they came out fine and I drip dried them.The pockets all come with tight seals and zippers to help prevent things falling out or getting into them like water, though I only tested on a windy day so far. I was doing some light yard work and was sweating wearing these in about 60 degrees as they did keep me warm.Like most wind pant material they are noisy when walking and rubbing together.

I live in a very warm place, where we can golf year round. Honestly, it is one of the main reasons I am here. I try to take advantage of this, as much as I can. But, every once in a while, it will begin to rain, in the middle of a round. So, when I got the opportunity to get these K.E.J. golf rain pants, I did not hesitate. I figured I could keep them, in my bag, then break them out, when needed. However, these pants confuse me. Though they are advertised as golf rain pants, and the looks and feel of the material screams waterproof, they seem fashionable enough to wear for occasions other than a rainy golf day. Therefore, I tried to think of activities that might involve getting wet, such as fishing, exercising, boating, etc. I will, probably, even wear them casually. Check out the guy modeling them. He doesn't look like he's headed to the golf course, to me. Anyway, you be the judge, and wear them wherever you like. I know I will.

Waterproof material and a built in lining as added protection from rain. The pants have 2 deep front pockets that zip and a one on the back. I bought these pants to do field work with birds. The zippered pockets keep my phone secure and dry. There is also space for field guides and a notebook. The legs unzip form the ankle to mid-calf which makes it much easier to put them on over hiking boots or wellies. The legs also have a velcro closure to tighten then over your boots to prevent your socks from getting wet. The waist band also has a velcro adjustment. All the adjustments are useful as I selected these pants to wear these pants over yoga leggings or hiking tights, as an option to layer for cooler temps and during heavy rains while in the field.
