First, the product. My skin had been starting to look dull and lines of gravity were taking their toll. I researched several products and decided that I liked everything I read about this model - the weight, portability, the coverage for both face and neck/decollete. After using for about 8 weeks I was not disappointed. I started getting frequent compliments on my skin! My skin feels so smooth and I cannot imagine that a $400 product could do any more than this one has. But wait - there's more! After 5 months of use something changed. Only two small areas on the red light portion were lighting - all of the other colors were still working fine. I took a chance and called the company to see if there was something I could do to fix the problem. After leaving a voicemail I had a call back within minutes from Steven. He had listened to my message and said that sometimes things happen in the manufacturing, I was still covered under the warranty and if I would send a photo they would send me a new one. Within about ten minutes of my initial call I had a shipping number and was told to keep the old one because they don't like to inconvenience their customers. Who does that? Nourished Bodynskin does!! Highly recommend this company and their products - I don't believe you will be disappointed in the results and if you need assistance they are there for you.

I ordered this mask back in May and use it daily. I have seen a difference in my skin. With consistent use it will make a difference. Two weeks ago the neck portion stopped working correctly. Several of the bulbs went out. I contacted the company about this. Within two days I had a new mask! Product is good but the customer service is excellent!

I love this mask and the esp the neck and chest piece! I use it on other parts of my body for red light healing. This mask has the highest amount of LED red light I could find in nanometers. It's lightweight and easy to use. Level five is strong, so I recommend using eye goggles. This is the best mask I've ever used and I highly recommend it! The company has excellent customer service if you have any issues.

I really had high hopes for this Red LED Mask but unfortunately I am disappointed. Even though the mask seems of good quality, it does not touch all areas of the face, at least it does not touch mine unless you press it against different areas. There is NOT a single red LED bulb in the area above the upper lip! where most people need the treatment & it does not touch the jaw area either. In my opinion the mask needs mayor redesigning. (They should hire a good designer that would work w/ making it fit to any face w/ minor adjustments. I wrestled w/ the mask way too long just to put it on! The straps w/velcro are totally useless. Very hard to use & the Velcro sticks to your hair. It would have been better to just use elastic bands that could be tied on the back, which I considered doing. Same goes for the neck/chest/breast part, although it was easier to put it on than the mask. I am considering just returning it specially because it was not an inexpensive mask. I could probably get better results w/ my Red LED wand that although it is tiring to have to move it all around your face it gives me awesome results. Even my estetithian ask me what I am using…

I had a little problem with the Led not coming on with full charge after about five months of using this product. I was so disappointed as I loved the results I was seeing. My skin is looking less old. I contacted the company’s customer service. They were easy to reach and Steven was so helpful. I was sent a replacement and all is well!

I love this mask. It makes my skin feel and look great! However after only 3 months of using it, half the lights on the neck price stopped working and i am unable to return it now.

The media could not be loaded. So first of all, this is well packaged and seems very well made. Is an excellent value compared to other companies that are twice as much and don’t come with the Face and Neck masks. It’s very easy to use, very comfortable to wear and makes me feel very relaxed while I’m using it. So far, the charge on the battery has lasted a long time (I’ve done several treatments and it’s only now showing low battery). I know it takes time to see results but I’m in it for the long game. If you are on the fence…. Try it!So far, I don’t have anything negative to say about this! I’ll update my review once I have been using it consistently for a few months.

À l'approche de mes 40 ans, ma peau a commencé à montrer des signes de vieillissement, alors j'ai décidé de prendre les devants et d'essayer quelque chose de nouveau. J'avais entendu beaucoup de bonnes choses sur la thérapie par la lumière LED, en particulier sur la lumière rouge, donc j'étais curieuse de l'essayer. Même si j'adore les soins de la peau et que j'ai toujours tous les sérums et crèmes dont ma peau a besoin, je n'avais jamais utilisé la thérapie LED auparavant. Nourished Bodynskin est mon premier produit LED.Je dois dire que je suis extrêmement satisfaite des résultats. Après l'avoir utilisé régulièrement, j'ai commencé à remarquer des améliorations significatives. La texture de ma peau semble s'être améliorée, mes taches de soleil ont diminué et ma peau est globalement plus lisse. Je recommande vivement ce produit si vous sentez que votre peau commence à vieillir. Vous remarquerez certainement les changements.Je suis ravie d'avoir découvert ce produit et je continuerai à l'utiliser dans ma routine de soins de la peau.

I've ordered my mask in April 2023, but literally opened the box and tried it out for the first time in Feb 2024. It turned out one side of remote control isn't working only for the red colour, it flashes sometimes on and off but can tell only the red is not connecting properly for some reason. The rest of the colours work perfectly. I know it's my fault I should check it months ago, but never had time to sit down and start using it. Luckily I've still been within 12 months warranty.I contacted their Customer Service yesterday 2nd Feb, they replied straight away with the solutions and apologies. I expected to receive the new remote control replacement, but next day I received the whole new thing!🥹brand new neck and face mask for which I'm very grateful!❤️ This unit works perfectly, and red colour was the most important to me...that's why initially I purchased it for, mainly for the red light therapy.Great company with absolutely fantastic customer service, they're really looking after their customers. I highly recommend this mask it's amazing quality, very soft and lightweight. I've been using it only few days, the old one and new one today and I can already see a little improvement on my skin🙏but I will update later on it too.I highly recommend this company, you can be sure they will look after you in case of any issues, doubts or questions. Their speed of response is just amazing!I'm attaching one picture of the "old mask" remote control and one picture of the new mask I just received in perfect working order.Thank you
