It has greatly reduced my knee pain. I find it much easier to climb and descend stairs. I no longer limp as I walk. I will say that it took several days for me to begin to notice a difference. I have used the product for 8 weeks now. So far, I am very happy with the product. I can't say that it has completely stopped all of my knee pain, but I've put it on automatic order with Bolo. Don't want to run out!

This is a good stand-in for the Name Brand product with the same chemical ingredient... this one is a bit greasy, but that can be wiped off. For someone with apparently life-long leg pain issues at night, an application of this can last 4-5 hours--and no side effects!
