I have tried everything under the sun and it either doesn’t work or it will dry my face out way too much. This was the first thing that fixed it. After applying this once a day for about two weeks I no longer have excess oil on my face half way through the day. I have been able to wear makeup even without oil ruining it. I did find I still have to apply a moisturizer for it to work, but this stuff has been such a huge part of my skincare routine and I haven’t had oil issues since my first purchase.

I normally use the ordinary one, but thought I would give this one a try. The only difference is this formula is slightly more watery, but I’ve noticed that it works nearly if not completely identical to ordinary brand version.

I have tried a LOT a of products to help me with my oily nose. Spent many a dollar trying to find something that would dry up the extreme oil that accumulates on my nose and forehead, especially my nose. I almost bought something similar to this but cost nearly twice as much. I saw this bottle just before checking out and since it contained the same ingredients I switched. Soooo glad I did! After applying it I noticed immediately that my skin was smoother and it created the matted look I was hoping for. I would say after about 8 hours the oil was starting to peep thru, but nothing like it once was. If you added a bit of powder after applying you would be set for the day. I like the idea that it is not just masking the oil, but actually removing it and helping my skin in the process. It is a gel like consistency, with no smell and dries instantly. For the price this is a total Aplus purchase! Since you only need a few drops the bottle is sure to last a very long time. Highly recommended!

I had been reading about the benefits of niacinamide serums for textured skin and wanted to try it out. I have very large pores on my nose and cheeks and they are very visible even through primers and makeup. My facial is also not the smoothest, I have tiny bumps and textures (not acne) I bought this serum as it was the same formula as the popular Ordinary but cheaper. I am using it for the past 4 days and I can definitely feel my face is much smoother now. I use it in the AM after washing my face and using toner. Then I apply Cetaphil cream and then makeup. PM, I use this serum, my retinol serum and cetaphil and my face i so soft when I wake up. I sincerely hope these results are long lasting. This serum will definitely be a staple in my skincare. I kight buy the bigger bottle next time. But half a dropper is enough for me each time, for face and neck.

It really doesn’t work, haven’t seen a difference whereas with alpha arbutin, two weeks is enough to see a difference.Glycolic acid is much better if you want to see a difference in your dark marks fading
