I recently had my Vit D levels checked and they were low. I read how important it was to make sure to take K2 with the D3 so it’s really nice these are together. Now I have the family on this and we started out taking 2 pills a day for a week and then 1 pill a day after that. So far we are noticing a small improvement in our energy levels and it’s only been 1 week. Will definitely continue to take this and stay with this brand. The pills are pretty small & easy to take.

I did a lot of research and only use supplements from companies that don't add any garbage to their pills. This company, Pure, is one of those. I trust their products and would recommend them. Thr pull is small and easy to swallow too. When taking vitamin D you have to take it with K in order for ut to be absorbed properly. Love this supplement.

When I first got this I was excited they looked like Snow White easy to swallow capsules , a week later they look flat on one side in a clear capsule not full, anyone else?
