Edited Review: The company eventually did reach out to me to address my issues. Surprisingly, they ended up sending me another one since they said the original had to have been an internal wiring issue. The new one works perfectly and I'm very happy to get this resolved since the headstrap is my favorite! Thank you for reaching out and correcting this problem! Moved from 2 to 5 stars.Original Review: Purchased this for my Oculus Quest 3s. The headstrap itself is very comfortable and fits my large head well. This in itself is the only positive reason I've given this 2 stars. Unfortunately, I bought this mostly for the added convenience of an additional battery for longer play time that didn't work which is the negative reason I've given this 2 stars.The additional battery never worked as advertised. For some reason, when connected properly, it would only cause my Oculus to give a non-stop alert chime of being connected. The battery charging of the Oculus would only work for maybe 30 seconds before stopping and chiming non-stop. The only way I could stop the noise was by pushing the button on the battery itself, but as you've probably already guessed, 30 seconds later it returned. I decided to contact the selling company directly via the information they provided in the packaging. I did receive an automated return email stating they would get with me within 48 hours. A week later and still no reply. Attempted again only to still be ignored. Only other option was to return it which is what I've done. I found a different option that I went with because I didn't want to try this one again from a company that gives zero product support.

these replacable battery packs work great. allowing the replaceent while you are playing really extents play time. you do have to make sure the unit is on as it has happened serveral times where i was playing and got a low battery warning to find out the replacable battery was not turned on.

This headstrap is very comfortable and i love how the battery on it is able to keep the headset charged even during intense gaming. Other battery headstraps cannot do this. Compared to the popular bobo s3 pro this headstrap is much more affordable and performs well in my opinion. My family and myself were enjoying this headstrap until the back padding snapped off. Unfortunately this happened after my return window and this strap doesn't come with warranty. Maybe in the future when I've got some extra cash I will buy another but for now I will have to use the stock headstrap.

This item is well made, comfortable and adjustable. Fits kids and adults. I really enjoy the removable and chargeable battery. I can remove it from the device when not in use. I sent this item link to my son. As it's adjustable in many ways, it helps give clarity to vision impaired such as myself and son. I recommend this product

The adjustment is user friendly to all players. We use our quest 2 for small children (7&8), as well as my husband, and this makes its 10x easier to adjust than the original fabric strap.It also cradles the children’s head, allowing the console to sit firmly in place, unlike the fabric strap which would become uncomfortable after 2-3 minutes of play. For my husband, the battery balances the weight of the console, especially with the rear-cradle halo.(The battery is currently being tested but it has lasted an hour so far)The padding is extremely durable, and comfortable don’t let other reviews fool you, my husband has been wearing it since it came in (almost) and has no complaints about the material!

I bought 2 a few weeks ago and 1 of the batterys is not working, I charge it using the Meta official charger and takes hours to fully charge just to simply stop working after a few minutes of usage, I need a replacement asap
