I've been trying to get into journaling for a few years. I started typing my thoughts, feelings, etc into an online journal but it didn't feel as therapeutic as I'd hoped. After reading a few reviews I settled on this CAGIE Lined Journal Notebook A5 to handwrite what I'm thinking. I got the journal at the beginning of the year and I have journaled every day since. I write with a fountain pen which, depending on how depleted the pen is with ink, could mean a very wet write or a fairly dry-ish ballpoint like write. This journal paper has handled everything extremely well. The ink has not bled through at all and the paper offers a very smooth surface for the fountain pen. I sometimes add a sketch to my journal including value shading and the paper handles that with ease. My only wish is that the lines on the paper were fainter which would make the sketching look better...but this isn't a sketching journal so that's forgivable. The binding on the journal appears to be hardy and I have not noticed any issues there. Overall, I highly recommend this for new or seasoned journalists that use fountain or ballpoint pens.

It is exactly what’s being described. It has a nice heft, the paper is nice and thick, and it’s an excellent travel size. The covers are solid so you don’t worry about bending them, the color is vibrant, and the elastic is also attached very well. It may not be extraordinary in any way, but you will get exactly what’s advertised and won’t be disappointed with the price you paid.

I love how thick this lined journal is and I LOVE the material and color. My pen doesn’t bleed, I love the pen holder and the band to keep it closed. I am a big journaler and this has been one of my favorites. Highly recommend.

CAGIE Lined Journal Notebook, 320 Pages College Ruled Notebook, 100 Gsm Paper Thick and I received it the next day♥️. I absolutely love this journal♥️❗️It is made well, has lots of pages to write on and the paper is very nice and the ink does not bleed through. I am very satisfied with my purchase…VERY REASONABLY PRICED, I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE♥️👍❗️

The paper is lovely, the binding is solid. Its a lovely journal BUT the pen holder is delicate. It fixes easy if you slip the end that came out back in and put some glue (i used super glue). I would but again but fs reinforce the pen holder.

The media could not be loaded. The cover of the notebook is very smooth, almost like leather! It has a lot of pages and each page at the top has a "date" section. It is well worth the price I paid! It is light-weight and can be carried around with you. It is very easy to use and has a little string of fabric attached to it that you can use to mark your space in the notebook. The pages are medium-sized and is best used with any lighter ink pens of any color.

I love the line pages and book stays flat while writing. Nice thickness so if you write with a marker it does not bleed.
