These are roasted and very tasty. Great for person with high blood pressure who's cutting back on salt, but anyone will find them to be a healthy, enjoyable snack. I highly recommend these nuts and this brand.

Product texture was good. They were crispy. They tasted almost identical, very little individual, unique taste for such a good variety of nuts. Some were almost over cooked, and all tasted close to rancid. I typically buy raw nuts individually and mix if I choose. Decided to try these roasted mixed nuts. Not a good choice.
