I decided to try this skillet as an addition to my stove top. I have used it almost every day since I purchased and I have hardly used my stove top at all. I am in love with this skillet. I purchased it about 3 weeks ago. Super easy to clean. Cooks evenly and maintains even temperature. I have cooked beef, pork, chicken, fish and rice and vegetables to perfection. I also love the clear lid. It makes rice fluffy in less time than my rice cooker. I would highly recommend this product.

I have nothing negative to say about this electric skillet. I bought this for a Christmas Exchange with the hopes of getting it back and was lucky enough to actually get it. I love this electric skillet. It is a good size, large enough to cook for a crowd but not so big that it takes up the entire counter. It heats evenly throughout the surface and temp. seems to be spot on. The lever on the electrical cord ensures it doesn't accidentally get pulled out of the appliance. I am able to cook on my countertop in my kitchen or take it outside to cook on the patio when the occasion calls for it. I have thrown it directly in the dishwasher several times for easy clean up and it still looks brand new. It is one of my favorite kitchen appliances! I would definitely buy it again.

I use it for hot glue. Gets it hot and melty and burning of your fingers is a must at least once. Clean up is great glue stays in put the lid on come back turn it on warms it right back up not a problem ever. And it holds so many glue sticks it's unreal

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It arrived on time, looked nice, right size, right height, overall, just what I needed. Bought for every day use during breakfast. I thought it would be good since it said nonstick,…. Not totally true!!! I’ve only had it for 3 weeks, 2 days, took very good care of it using only silicone spoons and spatula. Washed it with a soft scrub, nothing that would damage it. It’s OK for the basics of breakfast but sometimes when frying eggs, they do stick making it a bit hard to pick up. This item serves its purpose but know that it won’t last for years, I’m already looking for a better one. I wish I could give it a five star, but I just can’t knowing that it won’t last very long.

I bought the 2.5 quart size for my Winnebago Travato camper van. It came quickly and I used it today to make lunch. It's exactly what I wanted! The temperature control works well, the size is great for one person, it washes up nicely and is definitely nonstick. Space is at a premium in a camper van but this is a perfect size. It fits in the overhead storage unit and doesn't take up much room on the counter top. I can see me using this often when I'm hooked up to electric. This is going to be a great addition to the camper.

I have gone through so many electric skillet because the surface is not non-stick, as advertised. This skillet is the real deal! I also like that it is deeper than many skillets. I highly recommend this skillet!

I got the 2.5 quart for the RV. So far, I was able to make a sweet potato (cut in half, face down in little bit of olive oil), and brown 1 lb of ground beef and make tacos. I will use to make stir fry or bake veggies for dinner. I think this would make a steak, chicken, brats etc no problem. It’s not big, but it’s definitely functional size, especially for an RV.

Apenas la compré en Diciembre y estamos en febrero y ya se le pega todo... la he cuidado mucho a la hora de lavarla justo como decían las instrucciones y aun así, 2 meses después todo se pega. Al principio funcionó perfectamente, nada se le pegaba. Es una lástima porque de verdad parecía ser un buen producto. NO lo recomiendo ni lo volvería a comprar.

Now, you are probably researching skillets again as you know how versatile they are in cooking foods.After reviewing many models "in-store" and online, we decided on the 12x12 7.5Qt skillet by Elite Gourmet as it features a deep interior and most importantly, rubber feet that hold the skillet in place while cooking, preventing accidental movement.We enjoyed cooking veal cutlets the other night and were very satisfied with the even heat distribution. The cast aluminum body heated up fast and evenly, and the trigger-release probe (plug) worked quite well, even for arthritic hands. The interior is definately a durable, non-stick surface allowing for an easy cleanup afterwards.Though it indicates dishwasher proof, this I would keep as a HANDWASH ONLY item. Let the skillet cool down completely, clean the interior with a paper towel, then wash with warm water and soap. We let water and soap sit overnight and in the morning it was an easy-breezy cleanup.They provided a booklet with several recipes and how-to-care instructions.Overall, a very nice skillet; if you are a large family and will use this frequently, go for their bigger size.
Efficient and easy to clean
i love this pan. It is efficient and easy to clean.. it is a good size for a small meal..maybe one steak. A nice omelette for one or two people or two eggs and 4-6 breakfast sausages (to reheat) would fit in together. The pan heats evenly unlike my last larger pan that would be cooler on the outsides..
