Actually Helps Me Fall Asleep
These sleep gummies really work. I feel noticeably more relaxed within about 30 minutes, and I’m able to fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning.The taste is pleasant and not overly sweet, and they’re easy to take as part of a nighttime routine. Short, simple, and effective — exactly what I was hoping for.
Perfect for people trying to reset their sleep routine/body clock
I struggle with sleep. With adhd and an infant my sleep schedule was all over the place and once things settled into a new norm I found my infant sleeping peacefully and I’d still just be up finding it impossible to sleep. Bought these and another brand on a whim and these are perfect. They don’t have that hard sugar on the outside that other brands do. I prefer it without all the added sugar stuff and while the taste isn’t like candy it isn’t awful either and it puts me to sleep in about 30 minutes or so. Since it’s 10mg some nights I can just take one and on nights where I’m feeling more awake or restless I take the two. Very easy to leave on my night stand and just take right before bed. The gummy texture reminds me of Mott’s gummies and they’re small. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do and is a great price so I’ll continue to use them!

Wow these really do work! I don’t wake up groggy and I fall asleep so fast. They taste pretty good and work so much better than plain old melatonin tablets like I used to take in high school. I’ve already set this up on subscription.
Beware of nightmares but they work
I took 1 the first night and I slept for 10 hrs or more. 2nd night I took half. It wasn't as effective but I did sleep better than usual. 2nd and 3rd nights I had scary nightmares. Not sure I can meet taking them after those nightmares. But they taste good and work if you can handle nightmares.

This gummy is gentle and doesn’t have a bad taste. It has a slight grape flavor, very tasty! I usually take 2 gummies when I’m feeling more anxious or having trouble falling asleep. It helps me relax, and within about 15 minutes I start to feel calmer and ready to fall asleep. It works really well for me! ✨😌

Disappointed
The first time I bought this supplement I thought the taste was great so I tried it again and the second time the taste was gritty so I thought I’d give it another shot and the third time the taste was not good at all. I may need to start looking into something else. They did help me sleep at times and at times they didn’t.
