I purchsed so many pans but before too long ended in trash can because of scratches and nonstick wear off. it came to a point that i did not want to buy another worthless pan that would last for a shortwhile.It all comes down for many of us the COST. but i realized i've been spending too much money and time buying the cheap stuff to save money and that was not the case because i kept buying and tossing it to trash.I decided to open my wallet and spend it on a good freakin pan. so i decided to spend more and based on the $$$ i did my research back and forth for few months here and there. This was the result.This is a good pan and as the title i have mentioned it is good up to now.lets see how this pan will hold up in few monts. many people around me dont want to spend the money so they want me to report to them after two months, which usually is the time to tell weather its a good buy or not.it has been three days so far and so far it is good.the heat transfer is quick an covers the entire surface of the pan for even heat. the most important of all the non-stick feature is excellent. its worth it for me that i love to cook my own food. I think even for the ones that dont cook that much is worth it. good results. more motivation to cook and enjoy the end result.I will keep you posted after one month !!!

Premium packaging ensures safe shipping of product. This is my thirs pan in one year and this one will hopefully last a lot longer than the competitors' products. First impression is of high quality. Super elegant looks and awesome handling of the product. Not too heavy but not too light either - sits perfectly on the cooktop. I've fried some steak in it yesterday at high temp - meat came out awesome. Even heat distribution. Strong recommendation - especialy after having tried some of the competing brands out there!

This is the greatest pan. Heavy stainless steel but also non stick. Able to make a wonderful steak or any protein in the pan and cleans right up. Wish I had found it sooner.

This is a great pan, very versatile and comfortable to use. Nonstick properties are not quite as effective as a traditional non stick but it still works well. Some sticking when cooking eggs but if you loosen the egg you can get it to swirl in the pan. Great sear on steaks and chops. I find that a soak in the sink for a minute or two loosens any food stuck to the pan and it cleans up nicely. Overall this is a wonderful skillet and great looking as well.

First, the base diameter (contact diameter with the stove) is only 8+ inches. Small for an 11 inch pan. Could not find this dimension in the description. I use this pan daily. Three eggs barely fit in the pan. Even after adding extra olive oil under the three eggs, they still stuck. Food sticks on the rim and needs extra effort to remove. I should have stayed with the other pans I have in my cabinet, T-Fal. I ordered their pan for less than half the price of this one. Love the temperature indicator and it is non-stick so far with a larger base.

I've had a Cooksy 12" pan for over a year now and I've liked it a lot. My girlfriend likes it too, so I got one for her as a present! We are very satisfied with the performance of the pan.

Even though this cooks well no matter what I do, putting a little oil in my eggs stick, fish sticks. Very disappointing considering the price. Does clean up easily but not liking that my food sticks when cooking. I should have sent back but I through out the box

I got tired of dealing with my non-stick pans getting really sticky and hard to clean.All it takes is someone scrubbing them the wrong way or putting them in the dishwasher by mistake to turn most non-stick pans into real chores. The technology on tis pan is amazing. Plus, your get thekind of light char that you want, when you want it. Totally worth the money, and a real pleasure to use.
Discolouration
I’ve been using and handling this very expensive pan with kid gloves yet it has discoloured across 20% of its surface and turned black.This is not burned food or scaling but discolouration of the coating which does burn food each time now in that area.Considering the cost I wish I had purchased a genuine hexpan now.
