This is my son’s favorite masala! He sprinkles it on his buttered bread and enjoys it everyday. Ofcourse we have ordered these multiple times now!

Really nice blend of Asian spice that perks up anything and is a good component in a marinade. I like it on popcorn especially.

I'm a huge fan of masala spice, and I sometimes mix it myself. This mixture is...ok. If you are looking for a really authentic taste, it seems a bit weak overall and not as richly spicy as I'd expect. You are also paying for salt, as a good portion of the weight is sea salt added to the spices. I personally can't see myself actually cooking an Indian dish using this mixture, as I'd use the entire tin up almost immediately. But, as a little zing of taste here and there for a small quantity of food, it's very easy to use and convenient.I sprinkled some on my salmon before pan frying it. I liked that there are big flakes of red chili pepper and other textural spice pieces here. The flavor was pleasantly savory and just salty enough to not need extra seasoning.The metal can is my favorite part. The tin is magnetized on the bottom and sticks to my refrigerator between uses. I like the dual shaker openings, although I don't think the chili flakes fit well through the small openings. You can also take the lid off to spoon some out. The current price of $8.49 is fair for the novelty and convenience.
