I thought for sure it was going to break. Not even a scratch. The stock was about a 1/4” of HDPE.This is one of several kits I got my husband from various vendors, and he said that he liked that these came with a downloadable tool library he could import into Fusion 360. He said it is a huge time saver and ensures all the measurements are correct in the tool.

The tapered ball nose has no indication of it's angle. Kind of hard to get accurate v carves without accurate tool specifications.

I've noticed that these CNC bits do look quite shiny, and the cutting quality is slightly better. However, as a novice CNC hobbyist, I don't believe the price justifies the marginal improvements. I paid about a dollar each for a similar type of bit, and I don't see myself spending that much more for just doing hobby projects in my garage.
