I've used it after doing my P.T., and it seems to help. I like that you can control the level of heat, or you can turn the heating element off entirely. You can isolate your neck, back and hips and have the mat focus on these areas. I'm glad I purchased this. My granddaughter, and her son (7 y/o) both like it. My granddaughter has promised to buy her own and stop borrowing mine. LOL! I don't think you'll be disappointed in purchasing this mat.

After 4 months I have to say this was definitely well worth its price! Nice massage and I was surprised at the pressure and comfort of the experience. I would buy it again if it ever breaks. It's already paid for itself in free massages.

The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5' 8' or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

Best mother's Day gift EVER. My massage therapist recommended this and I asked my husband to get it for me but honestly it's for both of us. We've been using it every night before bed and it's helping us both sleep better. We both sit a lot for work and the lumbar function alone is fantastic but the hip and neck features are a solid bonus, especially when I can't get in for a massage soon enough. I am really impressed with how you can use this both on the bed and on the floor for a great feel. The heat feature also is wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

I'm getting older and every part of my body just hurts on the regular so I was looking for a massager that hit multiple areas. Most of the ones I looked at were around $400. A bit pricey for me so I thought I'd try this one.Pros:*massages some key areas I needed, mainly back and hips*very intense (if that's what you need), and honestly, I was impressed; I usually keep mine on the lowest setting, but if you need more, it has more*has heating for the lower back area*plugs in (i.e. doesn't require you to recharge it over and over)*good cost compared to similar massagers*it folds up into its own carrying caseCons:*the neck massager isn't a great fit for me, I think, b/c I have a shorter neck; the side-to-side is great, not as great when it squeezes and pushes up; it can put a weird pressure on the back of my head; I just adjust myself*I wonder if it would be a little better fit if I were taller. I'm 5'4". It can take some adjusting to get the right spots. Might be better if I had a longer torso.Final thoughts: I've used this massager every day since I purchased it, sometimes even multiple times per day. That said, I've had a little over a week at this point. With these types of purchases, I'm always worried they won't last. Fingers crossed! If it conks out at some point, I'll be back to reassess this review. For right now, thumbs up. :)

I love this massage mat. It is not like other massage mats that I've used. It has 4 different settings. I love that you can put it on auto or you can pinpoint what it will work on. I am a Massage Therapist and I use it as a massage aid for myself and my clients. It has a strong heat which will also aid with helping me and my clients/ customers muscles relax. Awesome product.
