My review is for the item itself since I know that is most helpful when you’re looking to order an item but I will say that I placed the order once and it never came, said it was delayed but I had to have them refund me and had to reorder it. The second time it came right away. Not sure if that is a carrier issue or vendor issue.The item itself is nice, I was worried the image would not be clear or good quality but it is no different than any backpack you would get from a major retailer. It comes with a keychain and hand sanitizer bottle and a lunch bag, great value for the price

This backpack held up great all school year~sturdy and well-made. My kid loved the design, and it fits all their supplies perfectly. The lunch box, however, is really small and can’t hold a full lunch, so we had to use a separate one. Overall, it’s solid backpack but don’t count on the lunch box for big meals.

My son loves this. It's plenty of space for an elementary student. The image is bright and bold and a great price considering the character on it. It also comes with a small lunchbox and pencil case. My son can't use the pencil case this year (they're required a hard case) but he still loves it. The lubch box is small, big enough for only a sandwich and small snack, but better than nothing. I'd definitely buy it again given the price and quality.
