5.0 out of 5 stars A MUST HAVE FOR BRISKET OR LARGE SLABS OF MEAT
Headline almost says it all. I was super impressed at the quality and sharpness of this knife. I buy large chunks of meat, usually like IPB brand, that weight in at 13-18 pounds. I like thick pieces of steak to sear and/or blacken the outside and get a perfect mid-rare center. Most of my cuts are 1" to 1 1/4" thick. My household kitchen knife set is just not long enough to make good cuts without sawing through one side and then the other. This knife made cutting steaks so easy and flawless that I am thing of ordering another one to have as a spare. Order one, you will not be disappointed.

This is the sharpest knife I own. It is a workhorse, makes knife work with meat 🥩 easy. Excellent for trimming fat off brisket and for cutting meats for sausage and jerky. The only negative is it does not come with a sheath. That would be a great addition and worth the additional cost. The quality of this knife is amazing. Great value for the cost. This will last a long time.

This is a beautiful knife. The handle is heavy and feels good in your hand. This will be great for butchering and packing meat from costco. It is sharp and cuts the meat easily!

I do a fair amount of detailed deboning and butchering, and was heartbroken when my trusty fifty-year-old high end Sabatier deboning knife broke. I purchased this on a recommendation. The price was certainly quite reasonable.It arrived in a beautiful presentation case with safety sheath. The style is quite attractive. I did notice from the beginning that the sharpened edge is not tapered well to the primary part of the blade. It makes for an irregular flexibility. I also noticed after breaking down fish, poultry, and some pork, that it does not hold its edge particularly well.Overall, it is a perfectly good knife for occasional use, and certainly a bargain. I do not, however, recommend it for more constant use.

I bought this knife because the price was decent for a knife. I had purchased a brisket and have always wanted a nice slicing knife. This knife is super sharp. It sliced through the brisket like butter. This is a high quality knife at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a great quality slicing knife, at a nice price, this is the one.

Love this knife for the money. Not dishwasher safe but that’s no big deal. Most good ones aren’t.

I give it 5 stars because it was just like they describe. Now it is still early to know if it will stay that way but if it don.t go dull are rust like some say theirs has, I will be completely satisfied.

Wow, I totally love this knife, especially because it’s Hugh, but it also cuts, slices, dice, cubes, julienne very well, easy to handle; it’s long but does a great job, this is a wonderful kitchen tool, it’s very light weight and it’s sharp. I wash it by hand and immediately dry it, for I don’t want it destroyed by my hard water. Actually it can be used on pretty much everything that requires cutting in your kitchen, even cakes and homemade bread, providing smooth slices, as long as it’s sharp. Yep, I recommend.
