I've personally not found the weight an issue, though it is much heavier that most other mice, even ones that use a AA battery. I do prefer the external battery as I disliked having to plug in my mouse every so often to charge it, something that became much more frequent as the internal battery lost capacity.The new switches feel excellent, a noticeable improvement from the V2. Performance is good in all areas with the exception of the scroll wheel, which feels like it eats inputs for breakfast lunch and dinner. Basically when scrolling fast the Basilisk V3 seems to skip inputs. My V2 had similar issues and eventually I had to replace it when the scroll wheel started acting haywire and scrolling on its own or backwards. Something to keep an eye on.Appearance is unremarkable. The new RGB scroll wheel is appreciated, but fairly simple in customization. I have it set to static color but you can have it be reactive to clicking, color cycle, breathing, or a few other options with Razer Synapse.One small quirk is that if you have auto sleep on, it takes a bit to actually turn back on when using it again. Whereas the Razer Deathadder V2 was near instant in my experience, the Basilisk V3 takes a few seconds to get going, which sounds like nothing but does make a difference when it happens so often.TL;DR - It's a really good mouse at this price point, good performance and great comfort. Only negative is the scroll wheel and the weight if that matters to you.

he Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed is an awesome gaming mouse that gives you premium features at a great price. For the money, you’re getting a lot of value—especially considering how smooth and accurate it is. Its lasted a while and is built good!First off, the 18K optical sensor is crazy accurate. Whether I’m gaming or editing photos, it tracks perfectly with no lag at all. The Gen-2 mechanical switches feel super crisp and satisfying to click, and they haven’t missed a beat even during long gaming sessions.What really surprised me is the battery life—up to 535 hours! I’ve been using it daily for weeks and haven’t had to swap batteries yet. You can use it in 2.4GHz wireless or Bluetooth mode and connects so easy, so it works great on both my gaming PC and my laptop.The Chroma RGB lighting looks amazing, especially for a mouse at this price. It adds a cool touch without draining the battery too fast. The 9 programmable buttons are super useful too—I’ve set them up for my favorite game and it makes everything quicker and easier.For the quality, features, and performance you get, this mouse is a steal. The grip feels and works like a high-end gaming mouse but at a way better price. If you're looking for something reliable, customizable, and affordable, this is 100% worth it. Good Bluetooth mouse. Works as expected, no disconnect issues and I like that it has 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth so I can switch from my home pc and work laptop. The only issues is that is has a AA battery. Sometimes when I game, the mouse dies (very rarely). Still inconvenient I can't charge it and have to replace the battery. But I guess for a Razor mouse price-quality is ok.

I have the Basilisk V3 (wired) at home for my gaming PC and absolutely LOVE how it feels, so I bought the V3 X Hyperspeed to use at work since I needed something wireless but wanted the same grip style. This mouse feels amazing to use all day and allows me to keep a more natural grip. The bluetooth connected to my work computer easily and I tested the USB adapter as well, both seemed solid. No issues with it disconnecting or lagging.I do absolutely miss the Hyperscroll that I have on the wired V3, but I can't justify spending an extra $100 on a V3 Pro for work and the cable management options in the office are abysmal. It would have been nice to have the ability to toggle between free scrolling and a stiffer scroll wheel (my $30 Logitech M705 even has that option), but I'm also not someone who gets much use out of the DPI switcher like other users might, so maybe some people like this trade off.Overall, I'd purchase again for the ergonomics, but I may upgrade in the future for my scroll wheel preferences and keep this as a backup.

Fantastic on-the-go mouse. It works via USB dongle (low latency) or bluetooth. And importantly it had a place to store the dongle within the mouse when needed.Fairly lightweight, straightforward to pair.Surprisngly bright LED on the scrollwheel, but haven't had a problem with the single AA battery it takes yet, so its just a visual nuisance when in the dark.

es un mouse cómodo que responde bien y con el ajuste de DPI desde la aplicación puedes tener varios perfiles, ademas el uso del botón hypershift puedes personalizar los botones para ejecutar acciones que pueden ser de ayuda.Los materiales son de muy buena calidad, ademas algo que me gusto mucho es que no es muy ruidoso al hacer los clicks tanto derecho, izquierdo o en la rueda; el movimiento de la rueda tambien es solido y silencioso, se nota la calidad y buena construcción.En términos de conexion, es uno de los pocos modelos de esta gama que puede usar bluetooth o usb dongle, lo cual para mi es perfecto porque de todas las opciones que analice esas usaban solo isb dongle
