I need a high potency magnesium supplement with other minerals to combat dehydration. This works well for that.

Generally I don't leave reviews on supplements because they rarely make any noticeable difference for me. I made this purchase because the magnesium was recommended to my husband by his Dr. I tried it because I read other reviews that talked about how this product helped them sleep. You can add my review to that list...it does help with sleep. So far it has also helped with odd muscle cramps in my ankles that would wake me up at night...they are gone. From what I have learned since making this purchase, is that magnesium is a very important mineral that is lacking in most diets. I would recommend this and will stay with this supplement.

I bought this of sound mind so not a knock on the seller. This is 500 mg of magnesium. I researched how much is recommended and it turns out most sites warn any more than 350 mg. Can be harmful. I then asked my doctor. He said no more than 350 mg.
