Worth every dollar. Easy to use swallows smoothly with its soft capsules and plenty of water. Don’t notice taste like some supplements. . One helps. Two is best. I get better therapeutic effects. Living in FL, the sun can do a number on your skin. I have been taking liposomal for 4 months and I can see some positive change in my skin. This is no fountain of youth, but I am happy with the results. Do not expect instant or major changes because there is no product out there that can actually provide either. I've had no side effects and the pills are easy soft gels to swallow. My only negative is the last shipment of pills were melted together into a giant blob. I had to carefully break them apart and hope the heat exposure did not reduce the effectiveness. You can see they ended up looking like raisins.
