this is actually a very good transfer pump. It is easy to assemble and only took a few minutes to get it together. It is lightweight as it is made out of plastic but for me that is much easier than the heavy metal pumps. I like that it doesnt take alot to get it primed. Works smoothly.

The media could not be loaded. It's made of plastic and it's a pump so how long will it last? Took about 8 pumps to prime for water then continually kept pumping. I would say it's close to disposable and with that mentality you could afford to buy a new one with the new barrel.

This is perfect for my dry camping. I shortened it slightly to fit in 30 gallon tank and it works well. Previously I had one of those plastic pump siphons which worked but this is easier to ise
