I tried these for my dad who has trouble swallowing pills or dealing with loose powder. I've been using pure D-Mannose powder for years, and though the powder has a slightly odd taste and aftertaste, I've come to actually like it. So I assumed that all the negative reviews based on taste of these gummies must be from folks who just didn't like D-Mannose itself. WRONG! These gummies have a putrid, acrid and foreign taste that is nothing like D-Mannose itself. I had to spit out the first one I began chewing, and it's foul aftertaste stayed with me for hours. This is the first negative review I've ever written on Bolo -- that's how noxiously cringe-worthy these things really are.

These do work. This past week, I used them alongside a dissolvable powder supplement of D-Mannose to successfully treat a UTI without having to resort to antibiotics. The general guidance with D-Mannose is 2g/day for maintenance and prevention, and 6g/day for an active UTI.You have to take four (!!) of these gummies to reach 2g/day, just FYI. That means the entire bottle only has 10 servings.I used these gummies for 2g of the 6g/day of D-Mannose I needed during my UTI. My other supplement (raw D-Mannose powder) brought in the remaining 4g/day. That was a good balance for me.As for the flavor, I figured other reviewers were exaggerating, but wow, they really weren't. I love grapefruit and tangerine, but these gummies taste like grapefruit RIND or PITH. Very bitter and nearly unpalatable. Difficult to consume more than two in a sitting.D-Mannose itself is mildly sweet with barely any flavor — I know this because, again, I use it in raw powder form — so I have no idea why AZO would choose to make these gummies such an awful flavor.If AZO could change the flavor of these, it would be the right choice. I still love AZO as a brand and use several of their products, including their delicious PAC-cran gummies and their Defense tablets. <3

The media could not be loaded. I hate swallowing pills-this is a lifesaver from a brand I trust. I follow the gummies with a chaser snack. I have been taking these each morning, It’s been 8 months since I have had a uti. I deeply appreciate that because that pain is unbearable. Preventative gummy vits are great. So much better than avoiding or forgetting to take the vitamin pills, then getting another uti, dealing with excruciating pain, the hassle of getting scripts for, taking so many strong antibiotics, and 2 days off work to remedy. Great product and keeping me healthy which I really appreciate.

I have not taken this long enough to know its effectiveness, but the taste is HORRIBLE. I like grapefruit and can handle sour foods, but this is sour grapefruit that has gone rotten.

Will definitely go back to ordering the AZO Capsules as I much prefer them to the Gummies. I don’t care for the sweetness or the course coating (Sugar?) of the Gummies.
