Really good on the stretchiness, but the button broke when my dog tried running away. I really think it was just because I couldn’t hold the weight of my dog over all the product seem perfectly fine. I do recommend this. Just be careful if your dog has the Zumiez.

Maybe I got a defective one, but when it snapped in half it created a HUGE problem! I opened the door and before I even got off my porch the lead Snapped in half, and my little Yorkie took off running down the street! She is a tiny girl, just 5 pounds, and absolutely adorable so anyone could have taken her. I was beside myself with worry if she would get stolen or hit by a car. I am disabled and get around in a scooter and used my scooter to search all over my neighborhood for my dog. I searched for over an hour until the battery in my scooter was about to die. By that time I was frantic. It was getting dark. Fortunately someone honest found her and called me from the phone number on her collar. No one should have to go through that kind of trauma! The lead literally ripped in half about 3” from the end. I wanted to return it but Bolo’s return window had closed. What a waste of money!

The product is good, I bought it eight months ago and it stopped working, it doesn’t retract anymore. I do understand that it is not an expensive product, but it should not be like this, it should lastI still give it a five star because the product was nice while it lasted

I use this with my 9 pound yorkie who is a leash puller. Due to the ribbon material, it doesn’t make my yorkie feel weighed down in any way and in my mind it tricks her to believe she has more freedom. I love the retractable use for walks. I can let it out far enough and reel my dog back when she’s too far. It’s easy to use and I haven’t had any issues so far. I was afraid of the leash tearing at the attachment point because it is ribbon, but so far it has held up. And that’s with my yorkie pulling on it and barking away at other dogs. Length of cord is perfect. The handle is comfortable. I ended up getting a second one to keep in the car.
