My son brough a bag of these with him when he dropped off his dog for a month. My dog, a very picky eater, sucked these down instantly. After 5 years I have finally found food that he will eat twice a day with no issues. Thank you.

Both my cats like this and I have never found bone shards in it. I've been feeding it to my cat for years - may be six years. Sometimes it's clearly not very fresh as the biscuits are very hard and difficult to break up. Other times it's very fresh and easy to crumble. But if the fresh packages come in an envelope instead of a box, they are already very crumbled with lots of useless crumbs at the bottom. I never know what to do with those crumbs, and I don't like having paid for them.

Both of my poms have been on the Turkey Entree diet for a while. As the holiday's approaching, I thought of stocking up something different for them. I bought six bags and of Vital Essential's Duck Entree. When the order arrived, the external package was intact, but as I opened the box, the contents of three bags look like they were ran over by a truck. It was all shred in bits as you can see in my uploaded photos. It was nothing like the Turkey Entree and there was almost no well formed meat chunks at all. I am extremely disappointed and regret I bought so many that my babies had to be on this meat bits for an extended period of time.

I use this as dog treats and it is fantastic!
My dogs LOVE this food. I use it as a high reward treat for trials and when the dogs do a great job.
