Happy with these, I like that they don’t use batteries but instead charge with a cable. If you only arm them when you need them, battery life is great.

Hard to beat ubiquity quality. This is a slighty better value compared to buying directly from Ubiquiti since there’s no shipping charge.

My only issue with the camera itself is the weather proofing. The instructions do not mention this and I learned it the hardway while wiring it up. If you install the RJ45 connector at the end of your ethernet cord before you feed it through the water proofing piece, you won't be able to attach it after. For where my cameras are installed it thankfully doesn't matter, but the instructions need this to be explicitly stated. I also have issues with the app from time to time where it will not want to load the footage or there's a delay. That's software and not hardware related though. For the actual physical camera I haven't regretted the purchase and will buy more in the future.

I purchased this camera for our vacation home so I did not get a chance to try it before the Bolo 30 day window return. I tried to install the camera 2 months after purchase on a system with other G5 cameras however this camera would not connect. I tried all the online remedies to no avail. Now when I try to get Ubiquiti support Im told Bolo is not an office seller so any warranty claim has to go through Bolo who does offer warranties only 30 day returns. When I try to get support from Bolo they send me to Ubiquiti. After paying 140 USD for a camera that never worked I feel ripped off and cheated.

Don't let the low-cost fool you; you can't even configure the camera without BUYING ANOTHER DEVICE, at a minimum cost of $250. The camera's built-in web UI is next to useless, and they've completely locked down access to the camera's standalone features. You have to buy another device just to get a video stream from the camera. It's essentially half a camera.

I am heavily invested in the Unifi system, great product and platform.Had a security incident and needed camera coverage asap - ordered this at 11pm on a Saturday, arrived by 1pm the next day (Sunday), and camera up and installed by 3pm.Would recommend this seller, great service!
