This came in 2 separate boxes. The insert and then the mantle. It was easy to put together. Except for the back metal of insert being able to be attached to the mantle. The screws were in VERY hard get to positions. Aside from that. It’s beautiful, works great and we love it

I love this fireplace! The description said cream white so I delayed ordering it because I wanted white. Turns out we didn't need to paint it because it is white. We had the same problem as others with the led cord connections being too short.we drilled a different hole to accommodate the 6 inch difference and that worked. I would have given 5 stars but the problem with the cord is a pain to correct. We also added a more substantial base because the original looks too small.

The media could not be loaded. I’m extremely happy with this electric fireplace! It looks stylish and adds a cozy ambiance to the room. The flame effect is realistic, and the heat output is perfect for keeping the space warm. It was easy to set up, operates quietly, and has different settings for both heat and lighting. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of functionality and aesthetic appeal!

The fireplace is made of nice materials, substantial and good quality, relatively easy to put together. One piece arrived with a defect, but its only the bottom of the piece and will never be visible so not an issue. However, the accent lighting built-in to the mantle (which was a main selling feature for me, personally) does not reach the connection on the electric fireplace insert meant to power it. This is something that can only be noticed after all pieces were removed from the boxes and partially assembled. Other buyers have not reported this issue, so I assume my item is defective or missing a connection piece. I have contacted the seller multiple times through Bolo and directly through their website. No reply after 5 business days for either message. Perhaps something to keep in mind if you value quick product support.

The media could not be loaded. I love this fireplace. I picked this one because it makes the cackling sounds. It's a stunning color and the fire looks realistic. It comes in 3 boxes not two. There new two bigger boxes then a smaller kit one. There are no instructions for it but you add plates to the fire box then mount it onto the mantel. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️

Looks very nice. Only 2 complaints. The plug for the accent light harness, this is too short. i was able to modify by moving the harness over 3 inches. and drilling a new exit whole to give it more length. The second problem. I was it's cleaning the simulated marble.With mild, there's soap and a soft toothbrush. And the color washes off also I put low adhesive blue masking tape.To mark my center point.And when I removed the tape, it took the paint off with it.

We love this fireplace I shopped for 2 winters until I found the perfect fireplace. The large proprtions make it look like a built in fireplace while still narrow with a low profile. The firebox is also large and another excellent feature is the additional mood light, all which can be dimmed or brightened with remote control. The marble finish looks great with our decor. Overall I highly recommend this fireplace and this supplier.
