Before buying a new mattress, I needed to replace the old frame and chose this frame. Heavy when delivered of course but well arranged in the box. Needed a larger room to spread out all the parts. All the fasteners are included plus some extra. The instructions state assemble but to not tighten any screws, which is standard operating procedure when assembling larger steel frames of any kind. Accomplished all of that (have patience) left the slats off until ready. Tightening all of the fasteners took time of course, and there may be screws that have to be tightened again along the way. An Allen wrench & small wrench are supplied but you may use your own.Finished by tapping all the slats in place with a small hammer. Finished product is sturdy, the full sized mattress fits perfectly in the frame. After several months a couple of screws may need attention but so far everything is fine. Highly recommended.

Well I moved to another state, and dragged my IComfort mattress, box spring and old style frame... on setup I found it to not be as supportive as I remembered. Looking online, some websites indicated to ditch the old box spring and get a real bedframe that works well with foam mattresses.. Gave this a shot and found support to be better and as a plus I get more storage room underneath. Wasn't hard to assemble either. Win win.

I set it up yesterday and it took me a bit to get my "building" mind around it. I put it together myself and it's got a mattress and new bedding. Just for anyone else who's looking, it's pretty great especially the mattress stays. Just take 2 off when putting the new mattress on. I'm 5'8" and it almost comes up to my hip. Much story underneath!!

For the price, this is an excellent bed frame. It can be tricky to put together by yourself. Since I didn't have an extra set of hands, I used blue painter's tape to hold the pieces together while I secured the pieces together. If you do this, don't place the tape over the holes for the bolts. It is sturdy and doesn't slide over the floor. I ordered a ten inch mattress through Bolo, and placed it on the frame. Why spend thousands of dollars on an expensive bed frame and mattress when you can be very comfortable for a fraction of the cost? And you can store stuff under the bed.

Very sturdy frame. I put a thin sheet of plywood over the slats to preserve the flipability of my mattress. Plenty of space underneath for bins or a dog bed.

This is such a great product. I rarely review any items, but this greatly exceeded my expectations. Easy to put together. SUPER SECURE without sliding, squeaking, etc. You will NOT be disappointed if you purchase this. Bolo value for the price. I looked at 50+ bed frame, and chose this one. Great decision!!!

This bed frame has been great so far. Doesn't creek in the middle of the night when I move around. Only thing I dislike about the bed are the legs on the middle side, I have a habit of hitting my feet on it almost every night. And it hurts without shoes! I get that it's for added support but my feet aren't happy about it. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on a box frame and bed so this was a nice option. The value is definitely there. Overall I'm satisfied with the bed frame.
