The label says hydrolyzed gelatin, but it's regular gelatin which is only partially hydrolyzed. The labeling is technically defensible but practically misleading, as it doesn’t align with the standard use of “hydrolyzed gelatin” in the supplement industry. This gelatin gels, instead of dissolving, when added to water. This behavior proves it’s regular gelatin, not fully hydrolyzed gelatin, making the label deceptive.

I use gelatin as an added collagen in my system. Protects the cartilage and bones. Great immune system booster. The large quantity is well worth the cost as it is cost prohibitive in the grocery stores. Its great for healing the gut to balancing blood sugar levels I make sugar free jello and add a tablespoon of this for the added healthiness. Plus, I love gummi bears, taste like the real thing minus the sugar.
