Haven't had much chance to use it yet because it's been a little too cool to swim so far, but I love that the delivery was fast and it was super easy to put together. Most of the pieces (main pole and the side hanging poles) screw in to each other and the tools are included for the two individual screws needed to secure the base and the shelf at the top. I put it together in about 10 minutes and didn't even have to ask my husband for any help.

Just what I needed to keep the pool towels off the ground and with the metal base means it will stay in place when windy much better than the plastic base

This is a great drying rack! We bought one for our pool area and now bought one for by our hot tub! Had 40 mph winds yesterday, but no issue at all! Packaged well, easy to assemble, extra bolts - just a really great purchase!

Easy to set up. Better than some of those cheap plastic ones. Thin metal all around. Hasn’t fallen over yet with items on top.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this towel rack for our patio BUT that is after I purchased 2 additional 6” center rods to raise the height enough to hold adult beach/pool towels. I don’t mind the extra cost but I only found out they were available by reading reviews. The company should offer them as an add on option at point of sale, or at least in the product description

Item is 6 months old. The pole was never straight and now the pole rusted away from the base. Worthless!!
