this is Wonderful smells delicious my purpose in using this Awesome product was to decrease my Sodium intake and still getting the necessary Iodine My purpose has been achieved, in a wonderful way, the flavor mixes well with my morning oatmeal and equally well with my evening meal. the serving size is less that a tablespoon I simply stir in a teaspoon full, making this container very cost effective

There’s a lot of flakes in there, just be careful of the amount you use. This is my first time using raw( not roasted) seaweed flakes and I put too much on my stir fried ramen— next time I’ll use it sparingly…hopefully it’ll taste better.

We usually buy Japanese Aonori-ko. When I saw that this (considerably cheaper) nori flakes package was a product of China, I immediately grew concerned about quality control, which is probably irrational considering the pollution that must exist off the coast of Japan, and considering the scary California Prop 65 warnings on the label of our favorite Japanese brand. At any rate, I was unable to return the unopened item for some reason and so will give it a try. First impressions: smells great, tastes right, flakes not powder. Will adjust rating, if required, after informal testing in use.

Any time I am having ramen, I will add this to it. Along with a little seasoning and sesame seeds, it's like homemade furikake (probably less sodium). This stuff blends in well and adds the desired and expected taste. Not much more you can ask of Nori flakes!
