Item came with everything except the power cable. That was the most important part. I can not even give a neutral review. Only unfortunately I can not give any stars besides one due to lack of being able to use. Also top cutter button was extremely loose and was sliding around. Seems like I received a returned item and not a new item.UPDATE : Seller saw my review and contacted me directly. Sent a brand new replacement product which is in excellent condition. Originally had 1 star but changed to 5 star because of sellers commitment to good customer service. Definitely recommend seller.

Works great. Plenty of power for sealing. Price is amazing for what you are getting. Easy to clean. Bought this to replace my seal a meal. I like that I am in control of sealing the bags instead of a sensor.

I love how sleek and small it is compared to my old bulky vacuum sealer! I was a little confused about the VAC option til I read the manual, but after that it was smooth sailing. The built in cutter is super convenient and the seal is so solid on this. My last machine sometimes needed a 2nd round of sealing to work. As a nice bonus, my kitchen appliances are all mint and/or black, so this fit perfect with the decor!
