Unfortunately, with the new one, it did not fit perfectly into the cutout of the backsplash, leaving about 1/2 inch gap. The cutout is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, but apparently, it was very common in the early 2000s. So, I needed something to close the gap. This is what I ended up purchasing. I shopped around, looked at different models, etc. Ultimately, I went with the cheapest and most inconspicuous one - black rubber ones. It blends well with the top of the oven, and more importantly, covers that annoying gap. It’s easy to take off and wash, and just put back on. Overall, happy with the choice, look, color, and ease of use.

Wow! My Goodness! This is absolutely amazing over the stove shelf. I bought it in light grey and it perfectly matched my stainless steel stove. What's it's more amazing that it is made of sturdy material with magnets. Magnets are very strong and keeping the shelf solidly attached to the stove. It has back barrier that preventing your items to fall. It's has many sections, and you could beautifully organize it. You can put there your favorite spices, figurines, or other objects, whatever your heart desires. Before this amazing product, I bought a stainless steel shelf, and that heavy shelf scratched the top of my stove. I returned it back. After that, I searched for a long time, and finally, I'm so happy that I was able to find such an amazing shelf. I can't be more happier. I'm giving 1,000 stars. Thank you very much!

I like this, it gives me the ability to store things on the back of my stove without worrying about jars and things melting. My only gripe is the little dividers in it. I purchase a lot of my spices from Costco and they are not wide enough to hold two in a single section. I am making it work and I know it’s to help keep it sturdy but it was a little disappointing just the same. Would like to store more up there but the sectioning makes that difficult.
