I used the same shoes on previous hikes and wound up with blisters and sore feet. With these on, it was like walking on air. They are very comfortable, and make these hikes bearable. Need a pair of these for all my running shoes.

I have tried soooo many insoles. These don't have as much arch support as I'd like, but these are decent for cushioning and they have these kind of nifty bumps on them that help my feet feel good in my shoes. Just be warned that they are wide so will only work for athletic shoes, not any kind of women's dress shoe.

I bought a pair of training shoes that hurt my feet after two days. I had pain every time I tried to walk, I got these and I have zero pain. Highly recommended for anyone who walks and trains a lot. Instant relief!

These are so comfortable inside my shoes. The diagram on the back of the sole makes it easy to cut the perfect size for your shoes. I noticed less pain in my legs. The arch support is gentle on my feet and the whole sole itself is not too thick.

Long walk employee. I am a waitress. Work long day. I have hoka shoes. I hope get more comfortable When i have this inserts but I don’t feel a much difference under my feet, especially during extended periods of walking after whole day walk. I still feel painful of my feet. Anyway. This is thinkness. I don't get much different than my original hoka shoes inserts.

So far, these are GREAT!making my comfortable old shoes really comfortable againthe arch is a little higher than I am used to, time will tell if that works for me or I need to look at other options but, cutting them to fit, etc, all easy and, very comfortable in the shoes!the cushion is more comfortable than the original inner sole

My wife said she should of gave Dr. Scholl's 5 Stars but one of her feet is a little bigger then the other.I hope Dr. Scholl's read this message as to this matter, as a lot of us people have this problem with our feet one being bigger then the other and could give us a choice on different foot sizes.She could use only one of the Inserts.

Size indicator incorrect
I bought a mens and women's pair. Cut the mens one on the line indicating the shoe size. Perfect. Dis the same with the women's one only to find it more than a cm too short. I had to throw it away, can't be fixed. Really disappointed

I deal with backache and disc bulging, and these insoles have been one of the best things I’ve tried. I’ve put them into different shoes, and they instantly make a difference, comfortable and supportive. I recently used them in a pair of boots that weren’t great before, and now they feel perfect.
