I took before bed and for a full 12 hours I have felt awful! I could not fall asleep, had a terrible stomach ache and ended up throwing up halfway through the night. The next morning did not feel well for several hours. Do not recommend!

This product is actually working for me! It’s been two weeks and I take one a day and have slowly seen an adjustment to my ability handling stress. I work a high stress job and this helps keep me level headed!! I’ve tried so much, this combination has done wonders for me!! I honestly just worry about not taking them anymore? Or if I’ll have any sort of withdrawal from it.. since it is such a specific blend. Anyways thanks!!

After taking this product it is the first time I have been able to regularly achieverestful sleep in years. I highly recommend this product. No stomach upset, no grogginess, just a peaceful restful sleep. I take it an hour before bed and it makes a world of difference to me. Try it!! It's so worth it IMO!
