I work in a nursing home and feel very drain and weak in my body so I decided to try this vitamin it work wonders for me I feel energetic,strong every day. It's chewable have no nasty taste and it's soft. I recommend this vitamin to most of my coworkers and they all love it.

It's a multi vitamin....I really don't think it does much for energy, but they don't suck....so there's that!Taste is okay, but they stick together at yhe bottom of the bottle. If you get these, invest in a set of chop sticks, they work great for fishing them out of the bottom!I would rather go on a vitamin fishing expedition than have them use some nasty powdered chemical to keep them from sticking together!
