Works wonders, I always use this after work to get the knots out. Don't press to hard or you'll hurt yourself. Just easy movements on the knots as you slowly feel it go away

This is a great tool to have if you have back issues. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because the screws were very hard to screw in and even still are not in all the way. Not sure if the wrong size was sent or the holes weren’t big enough, everything lined up perfectly.

The photo makes the ZIZNBA Back and Neck Massager, look very thin and possibly easily broken. However that is not the case at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find it is very sturdy and well engineered.No I am not part of this company, I was not compensated for this review

It comes in pieces and you have to assemble it with screws. They can’t be screwed in all the way unless you have an electric drill or you’re the Incredible Hulk.

Excellent product to buy for someone who is constantly having pain in their shoulders and back I can work this anyway hit any muscle. Whoever invented this thing was one smart person lol excellent product.

There's only one assembly instruction: put the pieces together and screw them in. The holes for the screws 1. Don't line up 2. Are unthreaded 3. Are too small for the screws provided. This probably can be fixed with a power tool, but with the screwdriver in the box it's not physically possible to get the screws in all the way.

Great for working out knots and other muscle issues in areas that are hard to reach. It was a little challenging to get the screws in correctly, but no problems now.
