I purchased the SAVILAND Gel Nail Kit in the Short Square Nails during Bolo’s Prime Days in July 2025.All I can say is I am in love!! I have always loved having long nails as my natural nails are just ick. I had transitioned from acrylic nails to gel nails in the last year to hopefully help with the health of my nails. But the cost of going to the salon every 2-3 weeks was quickly exceeding my budget as the cost continued to climb and climb. I stopped going to the salon about 4 months prior but was really missing my long nails.Then I found this kit and for the price during Prime Days I thought I’d give it a try. A whole gel nail kit, PLUS a gel polish kit and the nail prep kit, was less than the cost of one trip to the salon. Using it just one time was going to pay for itself. So I thought ‘what the heck! I’ll give it a try!’After completing my first set, I was hooked! The gel nail kit comes with everything you need to DIY. The instructions are clearly written and easy to understand and follow. The nail tips (which are full coverage!) are of good quality, and there is a large variety of sizes making it easy to find the right fit for each nail. The 4-in-1 brush-on gel is easy to use and cures quickly with the included light. The included nail drill is light in weight and fits in my hand easily - not bulky or heavy. The speed of the nail drill is easy to adjust and it has both a “forward” and “reverse” direction which is also easily adjusted. After reading many reviews, I did also purchase the nail prep kit (dehydrator and ph bond) to ensure proper adhesion.Like any new skill, it does take practice, but I have now done three sets, NONE of which have chipped, cracked or popped off. With each new set, the process gets easier and easier and I have been able to improve my technique and speed. I have received MULTIPLE compliments on my nails and everyone I’ve told that they were DIY has said they are definitely salon quality. So much so, my daughter and her friend have begged me to do theirs!I’ve enjoyed doing my own nails so much, I have expanded my personal kit to include Saviland’s Pro Salon 2-in-1 LED UV Lamp, Metallic Paint Markers, and Latex Tape (GAME CHANGER!!!). I recently purchased the SSProRemoval X fast gel nail polish remover but have not yet had the opportunity to try it. I can’t say enough good things about this gel nail kit or the Saviland brand. I doubt I ever return to a salon now that I can do these myself.

Great product amazing value! Decided to try my hand at doing my own nails after constant disappointment with salon after salon. The acrylic and solution was easy to use and figure out the saturation level. This kit came with everything you need to start except a drill file and nail glue. I opted to buy a drill and couldn't be happier with my results. The clear is clear but does have visible bubbles when it hardens. The pink and white are perfect shades. Acrylic hardens prety quickly. Not so quick beginners can't keep up but fast enough to be able to file and shape. Packaging was easy to unpack and honestly I keep everything in the original box. The box has enough space for my added items so everything is where I need it. I wouldn't recomend doing this without a drill file, it's doable but you will save yourself loads of time and frustration, plus there are plenty of affordable options. I spent less on this whole kit, the drill, and gell polish with a uv light then I did at my normal fill appointment.

I do my own nails and all monomers smell bad but this is Probably the WORST STRONGEST SMELLING monomer I’ve ever used like others don’t smell this bad but it works and I’m happy with it I just do it completely outside with an N95 face mask on and have to wash my hands many times to get the smell to go away but otherwise it’s a great starting kit comes with most of the things you need and it’s a pretty durable nail acrylic

This kit has what you need for an acrylic overlay. Keep in mind, the sizes are tiny! For comparison, think of travel size products vs full size. But, this is a great kit for beginners or if you want to have something at home in between salon visits (my need). I have gotten acrylics done every two weeks for 30 years, and the costs are just too much now. I purchased this to extend the time between salon visits, as I’m comfortable to do a basic set at home (tips aren’t included with this kit). If you’re used to the salon, then you will be familiar with the smell of the monomer. I did my nails outside on the patio because it is strong. I have only used the clear polymer (several times) and it is as expected. It’s a medium dry (had time to form) and stays on without lifting or bubbling. It’s easy to file with both an e file and 100/180 file. The overall result you achieve is absolutely due to the user. I will definitely order the full sizes of this brand when I’ve finished this up!

it’s okay the glue is good you js have to use a lot they stay on pretty good so. the tips are fine to very durable but longer then expected but that’s a user error. the uv lamp is ehh it works well and the cord is like kinda long but sometimes i have to unplug it so it works and i cant bend the cord or it will stop working. the only real complaint i have is the nail drill if your getting this set for only that save your money the drill tip fell out like my first set and it stoped working one time when i put it down so. over all the set is terrible its good for beginners like me

Great beginner acrylic nail kit! It comes with everything you need to get started—powders, liquid, brush, forms, and even a little glass cup. The powders apply smoothly and the colors are very natural and pretty. Perfect for practicing at home, easy to use even if you’re just starting out.

Ok guys im a teen and never write reviews but these were worth it. First time trying acyrics, the first set was definetly a learing curve, but after u find the technique its great ( YouTube videos help lol). My first set wasn't terrible and they all stayed on besides one after 3 days and I was working as a cook and doing dishes and lots of stuff using and hitting my nails. Definley buy a drill tho they need some shaping after putting them on. One u figure out the bead definetly worth it and it's a decent price with just the essentials. Def love it👍

It does not work
Maybe it was the Saviland 5 in one nail builder gel but the slip does not work. It takes all the shine off your nail and they are still sticky.
