I was really worried after reading some other reviews that mention finding worms, fungus, or other fun stuff in their bags. So when I recieved mine I made sure to scoop through it just to be safe. I didn't have any issues with my bag or the kibble. It's kibble, but it seemed fresh and wasn't crumbly. It does have a strong fish smell, but that's expected with a salmon based kibble. The actual bag is a bit thin, so I could see why it would rip during transit, but I didn't have this problem.My dog (lab mix) is a super picky eater and started to refuse to eat his kibble more and more regularly causing him to vomit up stomach bile. We decided to try the Pro Plan for Sensitive Stomachs (salmon). After switching, my dog has finished every meal in minutes and no more vomiting! It's a huge relief! We're considering switching our Amstaff to it as well once we talk to our vet!

We bought other brands sensitive skin dog food (several, incl. expensive ones) that alone did not work. We bought additional vitamin and supplement treats. During peak times we used a spray on itchy spots.After reading somewhere (sorry, don't recall anymore) that this was a good formula for a medium/large dog similar to ours, we switched to strictly this food for a while to see the effect. Unbelievably, it really did the trick. No additional supplements needed, no spray for itchy spots, nothing!It now has been a year, so we passed every season with any allergens or dry/wet weather and the result is the same. Therefore, I feel now confident to review the product after long-term use.Nothing is guaranteed but you might want to give it a try for a few weeks to decide for yourself. If it works like for us, you might not believe it in the beginning. Such a relieve!

Wife mentioned the food purchased from Bolo bag smelled distinctly different when she first opened it. However, our dog still ate it.After 1 week we noticed our dog was having mucus in his stool, then next day he refused to eat all day.We went to PetSmart and purchased the same food brand in a small bag. He immediately ate from the PetSmart bag and still refused the Bolo bag (same brand of food)I did not notice if the Bolo bag was expired, but it certainly points to a lack of Quality Control and possible mold issue from this seller.
