No, I'm sorry. I have remained a long-term vegetarian (mostly vegan) for decades. I have tried countless products. I really wanted to love this as an occasional treat over pasta, rice, and other options.I can't understand why so much vinegar was added. In fact, I can't understand why vinegar was used at all in this company's recipe. I thought I must be missing something and naively researched traditional Alfredo sauces, even though I ate Alfredo countless times growing up. For me, the dominant flavor of this sauce is vinegar.I haven't researched this product line. Maybe there's a chef or home cook behind this product with a passion for vinegar.I suppose I could have added generous amounts of olive oil and vegan cheese to balance the vinegar, but shouldn't have to add more fat grams and sodium. You might like it if you love vinegar. Might be nice as a creamy vegan salad dressing.Lovely color and consistency.As for value, not worth the money for me. I'd rather simply use diced tomatoes and some minced herbs with a nice vegan parmesan.Probably won't purchase again. I'm sorry.

My 4 year old and our nanny are both lactose intolerant but their favorite meal is chicken Alfredo (so unfair right?!). I was desperate to find an alternative, so I could still cook my children’s favorite meal without my youngest feeling left out and getting a separate one. I tried Whole Foods, Central Market and mainstream grocery stores and spent a pretty penny testing them out, only for her to say, “ewww I want Alfredo!”. It doesn’t taste exactly like Alfredo but it also doesn’t taste dairy free. Sometimes dairy free has this weird taste to it and I could eat this. Great job on this one! I do hope to see more lactose free alternatives to food items, that aren’t necessarily dairy free all together, but this is at least good!

I am vegetarian and prefer to eat vegan if possible. I wanted to try something new with my noodles and it was on sale. Its a little spicy, but a mix of Italian and Latin flavors. Its ok, but not my style.

Tastes more like a creamy spaghetti sauce. I dillute it a bit with soy milk and enjoy it on ZenB pastas (which are wonderful and healthy, not to mention gluten free!)

It's not hard to make a gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free sauce at home, but I trusted this brand to save me some time on making dinner. Instead, my experience was sour. No, I mean literally. Why is there an astringent taste in an alfredo sauce? Never, ever again. The nerve of it to be costly, as well.
