Bolo CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT TELLING ME THEY WOULD EMAIL THE SELLER, BUT THE RETURN WOULD BE BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SELLER. IF THIS ITEM WAS HEAVIER AND NOT FEEL LIKE IT WOULD TEAR LIKE PAPER I WOULD HAVE KEPT THE JACKET. IT'S SO SAD TOO BECAUSE I'VE WANTED THIS JACKET FOR A WHILE AND IT WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.
