I did my research and found these to be the best all natural, herbal hormone replacement therapy for menopause. I’d recommend these to any women wanting to supplement their estrogen with natural herbal hormone replacement capsules. These are doing the job n I would recommend them.

I have limited resources so I was looking for some relief from night sweats and this product definitely worked for me! I was not expecting fast results, but after just the first dose I could tell a big difference. What a relief it is! As far as weight management my appetite decreased noticeably, but I ate anyway lol! So no huge weight loss. It has nothing to do with product quality. I’m very pleased with it. I gave 4 stars because it’s not perfect, but relieves my night sweats.

These menopause support pills are so great and helpful when they are out of stock I panic! All the ingredients combined help with perimenopause symptoms. They are definitely worth the price.

Update: stopped taking this and the BO is gone. No idea what is in this that did it but I'm bummed it didn't work.I have never had BO so I don't wear deodorant. I am stuck in my chair at home due to a foot injury for the last 2 months so no sweating for me. But since I started to take this for 1 week (just 1 capsule a day not 2) I have BO in my armpits !! Like BAD ! In the past I could go a whole week and not have any smell from my pits. Now it's a constant smell. I shower every day and scrub my pits. I stopped taking this 4 days ago and I hope it goes away. I smell like a young Man after working at a construction site in 95º weather !!!!!!!! Can't say it helped with anything else

So far, so good. This product seems to keep hot flashes at a minimum and helps me sleep better.
