I LOVE how many vitamins they included in this thing. It helps me feel so energized. Only thing weird is when it arrived I had to remove the cotton from the top of the container. And it doesn't taste the best, but much better than naturemade supplements in particular. Would recommend over many other brands!

I have ordered this twice and received two different products each time. Both B complex, but one says it has 754 mg per serving and the other bottle says 1000mg per serving. The 754mg version has a horrible smell and taste. The 1000mg per serving bottle no smell or taste and works great!! I'm not sure why there's a variable, but you can see it in various product reviews that include the photo. I threw out my 754mg version bottle or I'd show a side by side. I'll continue to purchase this product but hope they get the variation under control and just sell the bottle as pictured. The 1000mg per serving bottle.

The first bottle was a gift from a friend and by now I’ve ordered three more bottles. I’m not sluggish and this vit B complex along with the vit B12 have helped tremendously with energy and weight loss!

I’m sure it works just fine but the smell and taste of this vitamin is nearly vomit inducing. After I take it I can taste it for about an hour or two and it’s not pleasant. I know there are b complex vitamins out there that smell and taste this way but I know that there are plenty that don’t. I don’t have a particularly weak stomach for these things and I take a lot of medications due to health conditions and this is by far the worst pill I’ve ever had to take. I’ve had 3 other people smell the bottle (cause they thought I was being over dramatic) and they all retched when they smelled it… the only one that liked it was my dog but I’m convinced she’s not right in the head (before this) so i guess it’s understandable cause she’s a strange dog. Anyways, long story short- unless you’re a dog you may want to look for an option that doesn’t have this taste and smell to it. Best of luck!
