I LOVE Cholula! That being said, this is just the same sauce with a few added chunks of onion and such. It's NOT medium. It's hotter than any medium I have ever tasted. I won't buy this again, I'll go back to the bottle sauce. Sorry Cholua, but you missed the mark.

I was not aware that Cholula manufactured salsa. Cholula Hot Sauce is delicious and always a welcome addition to so many dishes that I just knew the salsa would be a no brainer, as it was thick, but not chunky and obviously made with top notch ingredients. The other flavors will be sampled soon, also to evaluate the heat levels and taste notes. Recommend that you try this.

I don't normally write product reviews, but I'll make an exception in this case. I had enjoyed this salsa from a previous order, so this time I ordered four jars. The flavor is fine, but two of the jars were basically colored water with some salsa ingredients. The jars were useless in this condition, so I ran the two jars through a sieve and ended with 2/3s of one jar. I can't remember seeing such poor quality control from a reputable company. I suggest you find another brand.
