The protective seal was ripped off of this item and cannot be consumed safely. The item is not returnable and I cannot get my $ back. Waste of money, beware of returns being resold as new. Who knows what is actually inside this bottle

With all these supplements and vitamins, it takes a while to see a difference or to feel like they are doing something. I am going through the premenopausal stage and I get night sweats and the hot flashes. I take other supplements also for that situation and I started taking these, with the hope of improvement.So I have been less sweaty through the night and less hot flashes during the day. Overall I am feeling a bit better. But like I said I’m also taking other supplements. These pill are holistic and easy to take, one in the morning with water . No after taste or any weird side effects.
