My son suffered with back acne for YEARS. We went to the dermatologist at least 5 times and tried various creams and even oral antibiotics. NOTHING helped. Then one day I learned that higher amounts of testosterone can cause back acne and DIM can help reduce some of that testosterone. Bought this and within days, new acne stopped appearing on my son's back. What?? A few weeks later, the old acne ran its course and for the first time in years, my son's back is clear! Do your research mommas. Sometimes our MD might not have the answer and it's up to us to keep on keeping on.

So, I decided to steal it and I am delighted because it gives me the effects In my skin, and my face,The quality of my sleep improved a lot, it's worth the price, the size is excellent..Many people say that it has side effects and they say that they get a bad headache, heavy sleep, sometimes even a nightmare, some weakness and yes, it's great, that means it's working,It is cleansing your body from the inside out, removing heavy metals and cleansing your blood.I love feeling how my body reacts to the cleansing (Healing Crisis) long live health!!The size is worth its price in money.

This is an interesting supplement. I bought it because someone mentioned it can help with insomnia. So, while it does help induce drowsiness, it however doesn't help me "stay" asleep. I don't want to call this a bad product though, because I am probably hopeless. Giving it 3 stars though because it will definitely make you tired.
