I bought this to travel overseas bc I usually use the Dyson airstrait and it’s not universal voltage. I love this flat iron. My daughter has one as well and we have used it throughout Europe and the UK with only a plug adapter. It works perfectly. The ability to customize the settings for your hair type is terrific. It’s not heavy or bulky and well worth the investment if you travel outside of the US and want a full size flat iron that doesn’t damage your hair. We use it at home now all the time as well.

So, this is my favorite brand and it's my second time buying it. Just to be clear, the first one I bought 5 years ago still works!!! But I gave it to my daughter and got myself a cool pink one instead! 😏 I don't think I can use cheaper brands now that I've had this. It just works so much better!

I really wanted to like this flat iron, but it completely ruined my hair. Even on the lowest heat setting, it dried out my hair and caused noticeable damage. It never did a good job flattening my hair either – no matter what products I used, the results were always disappointing. I kept giving it a chance, thinking it might be my products, but once I switched to a different flat iron, the difference was immediate. My hair looked healthier, smoother, and the results were far better.Another issue was the constant crunching sound it made every time I passed it through my hair. I used it for months, hoping it would stop, but it never did. Overall, this flat iron just didn’t deliver on any level for me. I regret purchasing it and wouldn’t recommend it.

The straighters colors are beautiful. However I needed to read the directions twice for how to set the temperature correctly. It seems like once’s it’s set it’s difficult to change again. The straighter is also very heavy compared to even bigger straighters I’ve had. Doesn’t straighten my hair immediately however also doesn’t seem to damage it as much.

I love that this can be used at a very low temperature on my fine highlighted hair. I can have a polished look without frying my hair. I would definitely recommend
Heavy, Hurts & Pulls your hair
Not very good. Heated up nicely & looks pretty. But, I found it heavy to hold & it pulled on my hair very badly to the point it hurt. I was trying to replace my 9year old Chi straightener because I found it starting to pull my hair. But after straightening about half my hair I didn’t finish using this T3 because it pulled my hair worse than my Chi. Wouldn’t recommend to someone with thick course hair.
