After reading the possible benefits of this supplement, I decided to give it a try. After a couple of days, I noticed a difference in my sleep. I seems that I have not awakened as much throughout the night as I used to.The supplement is provided via capsules that are easy to swallow.As with any supplement, be sure to discuss it with your primary physician before starting it. If you start using it, be sure to discuss with your physician any unpleasant or unusual side effects.

Recently, I had some labs done just to check up on my internal health and I asked the doctor if we could check for round up in my body. The results were that I do have a lot of round up in my body though I’ve never handled this stuff. Inside our bodies Round up, which is Glysophate Compete with our glycine receptors. Glycine is extremely important for our health and round up gets in the way and causes lots of problems. One of these problems is low fertility in men. The doctor prescribed large amounts of glycine to outcompete the glysophate And help my body get rid of it.

My understanding of Glycine is that it's not a "sleeping pill". But it does mildly relaxes me after taking it about an hour before bedtime. I feel that I have been getting a restful sleep, even on nights when I only sleep five hours.
