I've been having trouble sleeping for awhile now. Sometimes it's falling asleep and sometimes I feel asleep fine, but wake up and can't get back to sleep. I read that this formulation from ProHealth might help so thought "why not try it?" I'm so glad I did. It really works. I'm not having either of the problems I was having before. I sleep well and wake up feeling good – I don't feel groggy or like I took a sleeping pill or anything. It's great. If you're having trouble sleeping, try this.

this looks to be an ok source of Apigenin. for Sleep and and antiinflammation. There is a lot of potential with this extract. As for this blend I cant say much right now. However i will update later if any issues arise.

This Full Spectrum Apigenin from ProHealth Longevity arrives in a bottle that contains 60 capsules with each capsule containing 250mg of Natural Apigenin extract standardized to 98%. Also included is 350mg of Organic Parsley Powder, and 3.5mg of Piperine (Black Pepper Extract 95%). The only other ingredient listed is Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsule. The bottle mentions that this Apigenin is 3rd Party Lab Tested, Heavy Metal tested, Manufactured in the USA using Globally Sourced ingredients, etc. The suggested serving is 2 capsules, which would be 500mg of Apigenin, 700mg of Parsley Powder, and 7mg of Piperine.Apigenin is a supplement I tried for the first time a few years ago. Prior to trying it out I read that it is sourced from Chamomile, and it is a Bioflavonoid. It can have a calming effect in some folks, and others sometimes use it for exercise and similar due to it interacting with testosterone. There is a lot of information out there about Apigenin, just search on a search engine and that can help you determine if this is a supplement you care to give a go.Years ago when I first tried Apigenin I took 50mg and I didn’t notice too much from it. Once I increased it to at least 100mg I started to notice something with Apigenin, such as a bit more ease sleeping. With this Full Spectrum Apigenin from ProHealth Longevity, I only need 1 capsule, which gives me 250mg, as that’s enough Apigenin for my purposes. I do like that this is 98% extract Apigenin as I do notice a difference between “regular” apigenin and 98% standardized. I also like that they share their 3rd party lab results on their listing here.Apigenin is a supplement where I feel it's, "Your mileage may vary" if you're looking for a noticeable calming effect, or whatever. That's just how it is, some supplements work different in different people. I do find that 100mg works better for me than 50mg, though.

First of all, I did not get any adverse reaction from this supplement. As for benefits, this seems to induce relaxation, I started it during an episode of back pain and I got over the said episode faster than usual. For such pain, muscle relaxation is key, and the apigenin seems to help.I am a big fan of getting my vitamins from the food, not synthesized and insulated components in multivitamin pills and such. But it is hard to fit into the menu more than 100 grams of parsley, every day. Thus it is hard to get the dosage of apigenin this supplement provides via food.
