The packaging on the product is very disappointing. The shampoo/ conditioner tops link out the sides of the caps. So, you waste too much liquid. I won't be ordering again.

I have wavy coarse thick hair and I left this expensive product in my hair for about ten minutes and it did not detangle it nor leave it feeling soft. I also think the scent is not pleasant and too strong. I would not recommend this product for anyone.

I hardly ever review, but this conditioner is AMAZING. One wash and my naturally curly hair (that I often straighten) is so soft and shiny! My hairdresser even asked what I was using! I lent it to my daughter because her hair was looking damaged and dry and one wash - shiny and beautiful. NOT cheap, but worth it.
